We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Data Annotators fluent in Russian to support a world-renowned short-video platform. Your work will directly contribute to improving content quality and user experience by helping train AI models to recognize and categorize ambiguous or low-quality content.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and assess multimedia content (videos/photos) based on predefined quality criteria
Accurately label content into specific poor-quality categories for model training
Meet daily quality and quantity targets set by the Project Manager
Adapt to evolving guidelines and project updates
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and responsibility
Requirements:
Native or fluent Russian speaker
Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
Must be able to work onsite in Lisbon
Background in linguistics or experience in language teaching is a strong plus
At least 6months experience in data annotation or content moderation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to support team improvement
Benefits:
Base Salary: 950€/ month

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours/week)
