We are seeking a detail oriented German Content Moderator & Data Annotation Specialist to review, classify, and assess user generated multimedia content from gaming communities. This role supports both content quality assurance and data labeling to help train moderation models.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, assess, and label multimedia content including text, images, videos, and any future features in line with predefined safety and quality guidelines.
Classify content accurately into predefined categories for quality assessment and model training purposes.
Identify and categorize poor quality, noncompliant, or guideline violating content.
Maintain consistently high levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and responsibility across all moderation and labeling tasks.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets set by the Manager.
Adapt quickly to evolving rules, workflows, and project updates while supporting continuous team and process improvement.
Requirements:
Native or fluent German speaker
B2+ level English proficiency
Minimum 6 months of experience in data annotation or content moderation
Background in linguistics or language teaching is a strong plus
Excellent attention to detail and sense of responsibility
Willingness to work onsite in rotational shifts, including weekends
Benefits:
Performance Bonus up to 150€/month (after training period)
